Rosemary Garlic Potatoes


Potatoes are a great side dish to really any meal.  Roasted potatoes are one of my favorites, not to mention they are super easy!  

The Ingredients:

1 lb Baby Potatoes - I like a mixture of 1/2 lb red & 1/2 white, skins scrubbed  
2 Cloves Garlic, minced 
2 Tablespoons Fresh Rosemary, chopped
2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Sea Salt + Fresh Ground Pepper


Combine all ingredients into a baking dish/pan, making sure all the potatoes have a coating of olive oil and seasonings.  Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork or knife.
