Peanut Butta + Choco Chip Cookies

This classic combo of peanut butter and chocolate satisfies the sweet craving completely.  These cookies are super tender but when you take a bite there is the slightest crunch.  There is no doubt they are easy to love.  This recipe is doubled because I like to make about 9-12 fresh cookies on what I call "dough day" and then freeze the rest of  it so we can make some cookies at any time.  Double thumbs up for that, am I right?!

The Ingredients
Makes about 70, small cookies

1 Cup salted butter, softened
1 Cup peanut butter
1/2 Cup granulated sugar
1 Cup brown sugar
2 Eggs
3 Cups flour
1 1/2 Teaspoons baking soda
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
1 Cup peanut butter chips
1 Cup mini chocolate chips
Couple pinches kosher salt

The Steps
1) Cream the butter, sugars, and peanut butter. Add in the eggs and vanilla and mix again.

2) Mix the flour, salt, and baking soda together in a separate bowl then add slowly to wet ingredients.
3) Add in the peanut and chocolate chips and your dough will come together in a nice thick dough.

4) Form into small balls about (1 inch) and bake at 375 for 7-9 minutes.  If you'd like to make the cookies bigger, you will want to flatten them a bit so they cook evenly.
